Heirloom Highlight: Ballerina
Can we all agree that, at this point in time, we'd like to never see another turkey ever again? We hosted Thanksgiving and had a Turkey Trifecta - yes, that's right - THREE turkeys. It was probably one turkey too many, and I don't think I could eat any more leftovers if my life depended on it.
However, I can certainly sit and oogle over this new (eight month old?) wedding invitation suite that I finally photographed.
When my bride reached out to me, she loved the Ballet suite, but wanted a more traditional, elegant script font. Since using typography is my sweet spot, I was excited to transform Ballet simply by changing out the script. I used a clean, slim script font with minimal swashes - something delicate and feminine, with movement and grace. The result is Ballerina.
The entire Ballerina suite is printed on double-thick, 220lb soft white paper, using my favorite champagne gold foil. A matching soft white outer envelope is digitally printed with the guests' address, and the sweet blush pink reply envelope is perfectly feminine, without being over-the-top. This is certainly an invitation that will remain effortless and classic for years to come.
I invite you to order a sample of Ballerina, and run your fingers over the gold impression and thick paper. As with all Sincerely, Jackie invitations, you are able to customize the colors, print method, and paper options for Ballerina to create your own one-of-a-kind invitation experience.
