Heirloom Highlight: Blue and White Striped Nautical Wedding Invitations by Sincerely, Jackie | Modern Heirloom Stationery

Busy season has officially started here for Sincerely, Jackie. I've been working on a few last minute orders for December weddings; preparing the shop for what I hope will be my biggest holiday season yet; using the new Sincerely, Jackie mugs as a way to donate and support breast cancer research; and working on my new office space. Things have been so hectic that I had to put blogging on the back burner for a few moments.

But I am back today with a breezy, summery, nautical wedding invitation to highlight! While it may not be warm outside, these invitations are sure to take us back to the beach. In fact, if you close your eyes after looking at these, you might even be able to hear the ocean.

Cara, my bride, loved the Merriment invitation, but wanted to customize it so that it would perfectly set the stage for her elegant nautical wedding. We went with navy, aqua, and white as the color inspiration, and incorporated thick stripes on the back of the invitation. The confetti was used on the reply and information cards, which were a fun way to let guests know that the elegant affair was still going to be one great celebration.

I love the way the whole suite came together. The metallic aquamarine envelopes were the perfect touch and perfectly shimmering, just like ocean water. Congratulations to Cara and Ian! Thank you for having Sincerely, Jackie as part of your wedding day, it was such a pleasure working with you!
