Heirloom Highlight: Élan

Do you remember the Valentine invitation? All romance and curves and pink and deep wine? Well today I'm sharing her chic twin sister, Élan. You see, Élan and Valentine actually both use the same calligraphy style, but by pairing Élan's oversized calligraphy with a modern sans-serif typeface, the whole design feels a touch edgier.

Élan is printed in gold and grey silk screen on smooth, bright white, double-thick paper. I recently worked with a bride on a variation of Élan for her Cabo wedding - as she was telling me about her destination wedding in one of the most beautiful parts of the world, all I kept thinking was "Yes! Yes! Yes!" that's EXACTLY the type of wedding Charmaine and I had in mind when we designed Élan!
