Heirloom Highlight: Flat Print Lace "Shah" Wedding Invitation

Today I'm introducing you to the newest addition to the Sincerely, Jackie Memento Collection. Friends, meet the Shah invitation. 

Shah is a digitally printed (ahem, affordable!) invitation that blends traditionally soft lace and script details with more masculine, bold typefaces. I love that this design is such a perfect blend of classic and fresh styles, while still feeling appropriate for a formal wedding. So many couples come to me looking for an invitation that feels feminine and romantic, but that their groom will also love. I think Shah strikes that perfect blend, don't you?

I originally designed this invitation for a close friend who got married this past October. Her husband is from India, so it was important to bring in touches of jewel tones - specifically red and gold. I balanced the bright red with a soft ivory and warm grey for the lace and text. The red accent color was used to line grey inner envelopes, and also to stamp guests addresses on the gold metallic return envelope. While I sadly missed the wedding due to being sick, I was so thrilled to have played a part through her wedding invitations and am excited to offer the design to all Sincerely, Jackie couples!
