I am so excited about the cards available this year, I can barely contain myself! Once again, I teamed up with Danni of Danfredo Photography, who allowed me to use her incredible photos as inspiration for an entire holiday card collection. I not only wanted to create a larger collection (28 unique designs, and counting!) but I wanted to find a way to bring the loveliness of gold foil, without the time and cost of real foil stamping. Let's be real, the holidays are a really expensive time of year, and holiday cards may be at the bottom of your "investment" list. Trust me, I'm there, too! I worked really hard to find the just-perfect faux foil element to bring to the designs. My fear was that, no matter how hard I tried, the faux gold would look like cheap clip art. But after running a lot of test prints, I am excited to say that I LOVE the way they print - a beautiful combination of classic and faux.

The foil effect prints matte, so it is definitely not a comparison to real foil stamping, but the gold graphic element used has a really lovely gold shimmery feel, and is particularly beautiful when printed on shimmer paper. Best part? You won't break the bank! They're digitally printed and very affordable!
